Viviendas Jardín was established in Valencia in 1980. Its purpose was the construction and promotion of properties in the metropolitan area of Valencia. From the outset it opted for a type of construction totally different from what had gone before. It designed low density housing, surrounded by ample green areas for leisure, recreation and relaxation.
